Your mission

AXA IM Select is looking for a new Marketing & Communication officer (Hybrid In Office/Remote) to support the growth of its business in Belgium.

Your role will be focussed on both the retail client and broker segments and will primarily consist of implementing the company’s marketing & communication strategy. Belgium is a priority market for the AXA IM Select business, and you will play an essential role in the development of the AXA IM Select brand.

Responsibilities

The role will be focussed on developing and implementing concrete marketing activities to support the commercial objectives of the business. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and producing both online and offline advertising materials which will include product and corporate presentations, promotional materials and website content.
• Organising internal and external events including training, conferences, social events and trade fairs.
• Working closely with the Global Marketing Team, based in the UK, to localise global content for the Belgium market and collaborate on digital support.
• Managing, delivering and leading various local projects to support the broader local market strategy.
• Implementing, monitoring, and optimising communication campaigns, primarily using digital marketing tools to deliver activity across email, website and social media channels.
• Contributing towards the positioning of the brand and growth of brand awareness within Belgium.
  

Your Profile

Your Profile

Your education and experience:

• You have a marketing and/or communications master degree. 1-3 years of experience in a similar position and a relevant business environment (finance, banking, asset management) would be an asset.
• You have excellent writing skills in Dutch.
• You have experience supporting marketing projects and campaigns and you have the necessary experience to implement and manage them.
• You are interested in the financial markets.
  

Your technical skills

• You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office
• You are fluent in Dutch and English and understand French.
  

Your competencies

• You are strong in communication but also hands-on.
• You have strong planning, execution and project management skills.
• You are proactive and inventive in finding solutions to communication problems and in improving processes.
• You are able to perform various tasks independently and punctually.
