We are searching for Marketing Coordinator BeLux for our Tissot Team (Full Time )

Mission of the function

Develop, implement and support Marketing activities in the domains of Advertising, Communication support, based on the Brand vision and the targets and objectives of the Business Plan and with the best respect of the available resources, in order to create and reach the targeted sales and profit performance, to increase the market share and to improve the Brand awareness.

Job Description

  • Retail Operations:
  • Guarantee the implementation & respect of all Retail / Brand procedures and development
  • Develop in-store activations at the Tissot Store
  • Support inventories
  • Develop a strong relationship with Store Manager
  • Set up / follow up merchandising plan & guidelines
  • Control and develop SIS (opening of POS, renovation, maintance)
  • Communication:
  • Develop direct mailings, such as direct sales mailings in cooperation with sales team
  • All internal and external communication (point of sales (customer), media, colleagues, headquarter) about product lines, events, actions, media investments…
  • Giving support in the execution of PR/event/sponsoring plan:
  • Maximize PR coverage in Belux via all media (included social media)
  • Contact with PR agency, for training, information, and implementation of PR strategy
  • Selection and execution of sponsoring activities
  • Giving support in the execution of the communication plan:
  • Maximize brand exposure with the given Budget, this via all possible ways of communication (offline/online)
  • Develop yearly co-op advertising possibilities for dealers
  • Giving support in the execution of internet information on the brand BeLux site
  • Set up/follow up advertising campaign/merchandising plan
Compétences requises

  • Master/Bachelor degree
  • 1st experience in sales and marketing
  • Languages, French or Dutch and in fluent in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office programs is of utmost importance
  • Good knowledge of social media
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently but also Teamplayer
  • Strong organization skills
  • Dynamic, flexible, creative, pro-active, social, stress resistant
