Our client is a European Trade Association (eeig.) based in Brussels. They are active in the field of medical imaging, diagnostic and therapywith main objective to ensure the promotion of their discipline in the interest of the patients. They represent their industry before the European institutions, national and international scientific and medical entities.

As an Office & Administration Manager, you are responsible for the coordination and the execution of the administration management of the organization. You also play a key role in the Association to support the Team and Members.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure administrative management of the Brussels office.
  • Be the point of contact for Service Providers, Lawyer, Accountant, Auditor, Banks, Travel agency, …
  • Update office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Book transport, accommodations, and meeting rooms.
  • Schedule in-house and external event.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
  • Prepare reports and presentation to management level.
  • Report to the Director General, monthly reporting to the Executive Committee.

Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree: additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus (ideally in a European Association) or equivalent by experience.
  • 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, reliable, flexible.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience with office management software.
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. Any other language is a plus.
