Teamleader Orbit, acquired in 2019, focuses on helping medium-sized agencies thrive. By joining forces, we became the logical choice for any business, big or small, that aims to automate and simplify work.


As we’re growing fast, we’re looking for an Office Assistantto strengthen our HR - Office team. Together with our office manager, you’ll manage the reception desk, make sure all office related processes run smoothly and support our managers and HR BP’s in their work.

As an Office Assistant:

  • You support the day-to-day office operations as - but not limited to - maintenance, supplies and equipment

  • You support in fleet management, travel and expenses

  • You manage the reception desk for welcoming our customers and visitors

  • You support our HR Business Partners in a variety of administrative tasks

  • You take initiative together with our Office Manager to create an office representing our culture, a place where everyone feels at home

Requirements

  • You’re an excellent communicator, in both Dutch and English.

  • You’re a fast learner and you like to structure and prioritise.

  • You get energy from multitasking

  • You love working in a fast paced environment

  • You know how important it is to keep certain information confidential

  • You’re able to work from our office in Ghent at least 4 days a week.
