Description

  • As office manager you are a driven and commercial person and it is your ambition to expand the portfolio of the office (pro)actively together with your team of client advisors.
  • Satisfying clients is self-evident for you and your team of advisors. You work closely with them to guarantee quality advice and to ensure that commercial opportunities are grasped with both hands.
  • You are the face of our client in your region and you do everything to put your employer further on the map. You participate in local events to further increase the brand awareness of your office.
  • You coach, stimulate and motivate your team to achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives without losing sight of profitability and risk management. You do this by providing regular feedback and organizing team meetings to help them evolve.
  • You are in regular contact with your Cluster Manager. He is your sparring partner when you want to implement new ideas to optimize the daily operation and the commercial results of the office.
  • You will be responsible for 70% for the commercial aspect and 30% for your managerial tasks.

  • You are a real coach and have experience in managing a team

  • Experience in people management is a plus
