Mission
Your mission is to ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis, to manage administrative tasks, to create and implement procedures related to administrative matters and to help the leadership in the management of human resources, to assist them in their tasks, and to participate in the evolution and growth of the team.
Goals
As a member of the WebstanZ team, you will work in a committed Drupal agency with a passion for quality web design. Our services include web consulting and development, as well as hosting and maintenance. We are experts in the fields of web design, user experience and ambitious websites.
What you do
As an office Manager and HR (m/f) you will be :
- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the agency in interaction with different contacts: Payroll Service Provider, clients, partners, suppliers, team, accounting, public administrations, etc.
- Responsible for specific HR administrative follow-up (payrolls, PFI, Sesam, holidays tracking, travel, onem, forem, organisation of meetings, events...)
- Responsible for the management and organisation of all paper and electronic files: archives, classification, mail.
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the documentation of office administrative procedures/systems
- Responsible for the 1st phase of recruitment: screening of candidates and reporting to management, organisation of meetings and support to the management for the follow-up of further meetings.
- Contact point for monitoring the progress of team members and action points between team scan/360

To conclude, your daily job is to come to work, smile, say hello, participate in the daily scrum meeting (a solid breakfast beforehand is always a good idea) and then, take note of your tasks (mails, tickets,...) and do your magic.
