SPANTECH, one of the fastest-growing manufacturers of modular buildings in the world, is on the lookout for a high-potential individual to join our team as an HR/Office Manager. This position is based in Nivelles, Belgium.
About the Role:
Human Resources:
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, working with agencies where appropriate, and onboarding.
- Implement HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in handling employee relations.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management and office supplies.
- Coordinate office events and meetings.
- Fleet management, office budgets and expenses.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Follow-up on expenses and credit card usage.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in human resources, business administration, psychology or similar fields, or equivalent by experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR job, with a generalistic content is a must.
- Knowledge of social legislation.
- Familiar working with Microsoft Office tools.
- Assertiveness, service mindedness, accuracy, discretion and strong organizational skills define your personality.
- Fluent in English and French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
