Office Manager / Team Assistant (f/m/x) | French + Dutch + English speaking | Brussels

Deine Aufgaben

As part of the MILES crew, the Office Manager / Team Assistant will be a close support for the team onsite and responsible for ensuring smooth daily office operations processes. We will be based in a shared co-working office space centrally located in Brussels.

  • Collaborate closely with the entire MILES team.
  • Serve as a member of MILES, identify issues, contribute ideas/solutions, and support the team in all actions.
  • Drive and support global initiatives to improve MILES strategy.
  • Thanks to you, the organizational processes in the office run smoothly with a smart eye for detail.
  • Coordinate all ordering processes (including for employee goodies, work equipment, office supplies, beverages).
  • Reception of guests/ applicants & Support in planning of team events.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address business needs.
  • With a lot of fun at work and team spirit you keep the positive mood and the fun factor in our team.

  • Successfully completed professional training in office administration or the field of hospitality, gastronomy, event or a similar field.
  • First professional experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Verbal and written communication skills in French, Dutch and English on a business professional level.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
