About the Opportunity
Join Sanofi Business Operations & Support team (BO&S) as Omnichannel Manager North Europe. In this role you are responsible for providing input into the development, implementation and the execution of the digital strategy to support the needs of the business and brand teams. The Omnichannel Manager will work in the Business Operations & Support Department (BO&S). BO&S fosters a culture of optimization and excellence throughout the Sanofi organization. The department is the strategic planning and coaching partner for the business. In this role, BO&S aims to enhance and facilitate the performance of each Global Business Unit (GBU). BO&S supports the organization with business analytics, market research, CRM solutions, digital and multichannel activities and special projects.

About growing with us
In this role you will…
- Be the main point of contact for all HCP portals in our region. You will work with the business and vendors to improve them so our customers will have a smooth experience
- Next to the HCP Portals you will be the main point of contact for some other Omnichannel platforms as well. You define, plan and execute the business needs for these platforms
- Lead the Digital transformation on a local level by leading the local digital tribe
- Develop and drive the self-service model for some digital tasks in North Europe
- Lead (external) agile project teams to execute projects in time and budget and according to expectations
- Work in close contact with Omnichannel Leads and the business to create solutions that are scalable across the region
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Drive pro-actively the Digital transformation inside the business on a North Europe level
About you
Qualifications/ Education & work experience
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in digital marketing and great interest in IT and other new media (apps, social,…) or in Business Administration
- Experience or interest in pharmaceutical industry is an asset
- General all-round digital skills (SEO, UX, SEA, Social Media, CMS, Google Analytics, eMail, etc.)
- Thinks data first and is able to translate these data into actionable insights
- Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Veeva is an asset
- Previous experience within similar area is an asset (digital project management) and or in digital agencies or tech start up is an asset
- Understanding of healthcare customer journeys is a plus
- Pro-active, project management, flexible, leadership and customer centric skills
- Oral and written fluency in English, other language is an asset
