Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new restaurant partners, from contract signing to their launch on our platform. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding training with new restaurant partners, ensuring they understand our platform and its features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, customer success & product team, to ensure a seamless handover of new restaurant partners.
  • Communicate with restaurant partners regularly, providing updates on their onboarding progress and answering any questions they may have.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our onboarding process, and work with the team to implement these changes.

Requirements:

  • You already had a first experience in project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: fluent in English, Dutch and French
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with CRM and other software tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for the food industry and technology
