We are a -very fast - expanding start-up offering location based entertainment in the form of virtual reality. We believe VR should be accessible, enjoyable for everyone (all ages) - anywhere.

Our main goal is to offer our clients the most amazing experience in virtual reality.

In addition to opening our own locations, this year we will also be onboarding our first franchisees (worldwide).

Job description

You will be responsible for optimising the daily activities and performance of 3 Venues.

This would include optimising host planning, host quality, host costs, host trainings, maintain hospitality levels, venue logistics, venue flows and processes, structure tech maintenance, etc... this to contribute to our main goal which is providing our clients with the most pleasant experience when they come to play VR (whilst this is handled in an efficient way).

Job requirements;

  • über motivated, eager to learn, improve (yourself and company processes) and grow at a fast pace

  • detail oriented
  • capable of planning/follow up
  • good at writing and speaking (in at least 1 of these languages English, Dutch and French)
  • hands on
  • problem solving
  • ready for a challenge
  • Profound in Dutch and English
  • analytical
  • people minded and a born people manager?

Nice to have but not obligated to apply;

  • min 1 year of work experience
  • knowledge of Freshworks (freshdesk & freshservice), teamleader, Humanity and Excel. (Or other similar tools.)
  • being tech savy
  • knowledge about invoicing
  • drivers license B
