DHL Global Forwarding is looking forward to adding an Operations Specialist in their Starbroker department.

Your tasks :

  • Processing/follow-up of export files
  • Processing/follow-up of international transports
  • Internal communication with warehouse, trucking and customs department
  • Communicate flight details and deliveries to customer service
  • Communicating with airlines regarding incoming shipments

Your profile:

  • Strong experience with administrative tasks
  • Communicative, you are a real team player
  • Proactive, autonomous and result-oriented
  • Good knowledge of English (Dutch or French aren’t a must).
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)

Working hours:
  • Monday-Friday between 4pm and midnight.
