The Job

As a Recruiter you are responsible for recruiting and selecting new colleagues for Secwise. You continuously coordinate a flow of potential candidates, using various labor market channels and looking for innovative recruitment campaigns.

To find the right talent, you dare to think out of the box and as soon as you have found that talent, you provide an excellent candidate experience.

Besides your role as a recruiter, you will also have the possibility to create the base of the HR organization of Secwise as a HR Officer.

We’re looking for someone to start part time (2 or 3 days & week), with the possibility to grow to a full time employment.

Key Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the recruitment of various positions within Secwise and its partners - mainly IT & OT Cyber Security profiles
• You take charge of the entire recruitment process and coordinate a continuous flow of potential candidates
• For the more challenging vacancies you will actively look for interesting candidates. This is done by searching and hunting on different channels
• You are jointly responsible for the continuous optimization and professionalization of recruitment processes at Secwise in order to guarantee an efficient and effective process towards the business and labor market
• You will make and maintain contacts that will help Secwise in its growth. Using your own personal background and network, available market information, network meetings, (social) media and various online and offline sources
• You manage the overall HR related topics (welcome of new employees, administrative flow, trainings, evaluations,…) and will set up a structure.

Skills

• You have a proven track record in recruitment. Experience is desired
• You have a digital mindset
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
• You have an extensive network within IT
• You know your way around with the most important recruitment tools
• You don’t have to meet all the checkboxes, a large dose of motivation and eagerness to learn to join our team is the most important thing!
