Job Description
As Office Manager you’re responsible for :
- The follow up of the budgets
- Order office supplies
- Assist a team with their travel arrangements
- Follow up and input the different invoices
- Help on ad hoc projects.
The Successful Applicant
As Office Manager you are / have :
- Already a first experience within the administrative field or similar position.
- An excellent knowledge of English (oral & written)
- Hands-on, organised & dynamic
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Willing to work 12h / week
