Lead the way as our Party Chief on our Offshore vessels!

Our Survey department is a key player, ensuring precision in hydrographic and topographic measurements at every project phase.

We are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Party Chief to lead our survey team on our offshore vessels, equipped with cutting-edge survey equipment.

Your responsibilities

  • You lead the offshore survey team on board, optimising productivity and efficiency
  • You maintain transparent and effective communication with key project stakeholders: Project Management, Client representatives, Vessel master and crew
  • You meticulously monitor the progress and the quality of the works by using survey equipment and software
  • You ensure the timely production of survey deliverables, consistently meeting the highest quality standards
  • You are a key member of the vessel team with Captain, Chief Engineer & OIM to ensure the project success.

Your profile

  • You have at least five years of relevant experience as a Surveyor, preferably in the offshore industry
  • You are familiar with survey techniques & software, such as Qinsy or similar
  • You have practical acumen and can adapt easily to challenging and remote environments
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You have a natural ability to empower and motivate other team members, such as junior surveyors
  • Your work reflects your precision and commitment to high-quality standards and safety
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English, and additional language proficiency is considered a valuable asset
  • You are looking forward to work on board of one of our vessels in a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation schedule
