Job Description

Payroll & Benefits :

  • Responsibility for co-ordination and execution of monthly payroll process for Belgium (SD Worx) including collation of data and production of reports/ documents
  • Ensure timely processing of all HR administration to ensure a smooth running of payroll
  • Staff benefits co-ordination/administration
  • Deal with employee queries regarding their benefit package and cover levels


HR administration :

  • Managing and processing HR transactions in the HR system (e.g. starters input, pay changes, benefit amendments, promotions, leavers input, etc)
  • Provide reliable, accurate and timely administrative support to all transactional HR processes across starters, leavers and employee life cycle changes
  • Operate as the first point of contact for generic employee queries related to Benefits, Policies, PeopleSoft/GFS HR, and T&D courses, working with the HR Business Partners to resolve/ action employee queries/ requests as required


The Successful Applicant

  • Solid Payroll processing experience
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
  • Experience using HR systems
  • Results orientated
  • Strong MS365 knowledge
