Client Details

Our client is a international textile entreprise in the Hainaut region actually looking for a Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing plant, including production, quality control, logistics, and employee management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and driving continuous improvement.

Description

  • Oversee all manufacturing operations,     ensuring that production targets are met on time and within budget
  • Manage a team of supervisors and production staff, providing leadership, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
  • Monitor quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the high standards for quality and consistency
  • Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees

Profiles
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a management function
  • Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus
