A leading European Payroll and HR services is looking for a PMO within its Customer Excellence Division.

Your tasks will consist of:

- Managing various & complex IT Projects in a multi-vendor environment where you ensure proper monitoring of scope, budget and timing;

- Following a sound but agile project methodology based on the internationally recognized standard PMI.

- Maintaining active and open communication with all internal and external stakeholders;

- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all parties involved;

- Guiding and supporting pre-sales processes where you as a project manager speak to the customer (internally & externally) in a pragmatic and professional manner;

- Reporting to the client and steering committee;

- Monitoring and contributing to an improvement of the processes;

- Promoting the project methodology within and outside the company as an ambassador.

Must have:

  • Currently a Project Manager or a PMO, with Min 3 years of experience in IT Project Management
  • Be a strong communicator and have the necessary persuasiveness.
  • Be professional, organizational and result-oriented.
  • Commercial and customer-friendly attitudeand are therefore able to build and maintain high customer confidence.
  • Very good verbal and written level of Dutch and French and acceptable in English.
  • Accepts to do Clients Visits 3 days/week .
  • Available to start ASAP.
  • Currently living in Belgium.

Nice to have:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or other Certification.
  • Experience in SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics .
  • Change management experience .
  • Experience or affinity with payroll and HR .
