Procurement Administrator

ABOUT THE JOB

This is an exciting time for our company! We are in full transition from a European leading service provider of airport equipment solutions to a global leader.

As a Procurement Administrator you report to the Procurement Manager and you support the Procurement team with their administration.

For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated colleague who loves a fast-paced environment and international contacts. Next to this, you are a talent in organization and administration.

WHERE YOU’LL CREATE THE MOST IMPACT

  • Procurement Administration
    • Submit capex papers for approvaPrepare purchase orders in our ERP system
    • Distribute and manage TCR tags and labels
    • Liaise with suppliers for our equipment on order
    • Review invoices and submit for payment
  • ERP Database Administration
    • Create objects in ERP (SAP) with all relevant data
    • Transfer objects between TCR entities
    • Transfer objects between different balance sheets
  • Technical Library
    • Upload equipment related documents in our system
    • Upload equipment related media (pictures or video’s) in our system
    • Liaise with manufacturers and TCR entities to obtain missing information

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Typically has 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar function
  • Education in actuarial science or administration is a plus
  • Has an eye for detail
  • Can work accurately despite strict deadlines
  • Has good computer skills: MS Office 365 and SAP
  • Is a team player able to collaborate with people from various backgrounds
  • Communicates effectively with colleagues
  • Is fluent in English – spoken, and written, and has a good knowledge of Dutch and French
