Ansell is looking for a Procurement Manager EMEA to optimize all level of services in a cost-efficient way. For this the Procurement manager will liaise with all layers of the EMEA organization and in specific projects support the Global procurement organization.
Reporting to the Associate Director Logistics & Procurement EMEA, the EMEA Procurement Manager will negotiate with external contacts the best win-win situation/deal between Ansell and the suppliers/service providers.
He/she will manage all procurement elements in terms of sustainability, minimizing the global footprint both in terms of waste management and CO² emissions.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
This position holder will proofread and challenge contracts related to fleet, facility and procurement management across EMEA. If needed he/she will also provide practical alternatives/solutions.

1) Responsible for the EMEA company car fleet program
  • Owns the development and execution of mid- and long-term strategy in EMEA, taking into account local legislation and driver specific requirements.
  • Develop and manage metrics and KPI to measure the fleet program performance while providing continuous improvement and sustainability
  • Documenting, proposing and managing possible change management to meet changing environment and local change of legislation
  • Manage the long-term fleet proposal to minimize the company ecological footprint
  • Implement and maintain the mobility strategy of Ansell while keeping a focus on new developments that will combine multiple and diverse way of working (home and office presence)
  • Define, develop, propose and maintain different mobility solutions
  • Define, develop and manage mobility assets, including the proposal of the most appropriate solution.
  • Optimizing the number of cars in the pool, guaranteeing the replacements in a timely manner and administer the full utilization of company cars.
  • Fully in charge of the administration and the management of the Ansell EMEA fleet.
  • Be the main contact person in EMEA for external partners/vendors and support for internal customers (e.g. employee questions, car policy, ...)
2) Responsible for the EMEA company bike fleet program in Belgium
  • Maintain and improve the company bike policy in line with optimized needs and support of the Ansell users
  • Support company bikers in case of questions/quotes…
  • Manage quotes, place the order with approved shops and support the expansion of the program across EMEA
3) Responsible of the company credit cards across EMEA
  • Manage the contracts with supplier, optimizing the renewal of the contract with possible other partners presenting increased services + linked administration linked to Company Credit Cards
  • Propose solutions linked to EU requirements for non-EU employees
4) Responsible for all office consumables, marketing products and labels for medical (e.g. stock level management)
5) Responsible for all facility management across EMEA
  • Manage all Ansell owned or leased building in EMEA (except production units), via optimized contract management.
  • Develop and manage maintenance contracts with third party vendors
  • Organize, manage and deliver any move across EMEA, including the refurbishment and necessary infrastructure in the new building (liaising with moving, IT and furnishment companies)
6) Responsible of any procurement contract management and administration:
  • Owns the development and execution of mid- and long-term strategy in terms of procurement, taking into account local legislation while building synergies across EMEA vendors and contract management
  • In charge of meeting the yearly budget, proposing cost savings while keeping the service level
  • Source the appropriate suppliers after collecting and defining the specs with the end-users
  • Manage the creation of suppliers in SAP
  • Create the necessary SAP requisitions with the correct cost center
  • Maintain the approval flows based on grading and structure
  • Prepare and perform annual supplier performance reviews and supplier’s audits
  • Maintain reporting, including SLA and KPI
  • Participate as the SME to the development of a procurement dashboard to meet the Center of Exellence and central control tower.
  • Support the implementation of a sustainable procurement in EMEA following ISO 20400
What will you bring to Ansell?

Education
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
  • Continuous training, self-education, certifications preferred.
Job Experience
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in fleet management and purchasing in EMEA
  • Functional expertise in related systems & ERP applications (SAP)
  • Solid experience and understanding of procurement and tender activities in EMEA
Knowledge and Skills
  • Basic financial skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Drive for service, quality & results
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good verbal / written communication skills in English and Dutch. Other languages are an asset.
  • Computer literate (MS products, PowerBI, SAP)
  • Structured approach and working methods and project management skills
  • Strongly prefer prior work experience in multinational company within matrix organization.
  • Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
  • High level of perseverance, problem solver, team player and get-it-solved attitude
Additional Requirements (travel, etc.)
  • International business travel as needed (less than 10%)
  • Lead presentations and representing department to internal and external partners
