To reinforce its Offices team, Cofinimmo is looking for a new

Procurement Manager M/F

FUNCTION

The Procurement Manager draws up, negotiates, puts in place and follows up:

  • the contracts linked to the performance of maintenance and services conforming to the levels of quality desired by Cofinimmo, guaranteeing the sustainability of the property assets, responding to customer needs, whilst respecting competitive levels of charges payable by tenants
  • the control activities, performed by external or internal services, the services of subcontractors and Property Managers.
  • new customer services and new work procedures for the Offices Property Team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Contract Management

  • Negotiate and manage the supplier contracts linked to the property management of the Offices buildings
  • Ensure the quality checks/ respect of the statutory obligations
  • Improve the work procedures connected to Property Management (Offices), definition of best practices in agreement with the various Property Managers Offices
  • Develop and monitor additional customer services
  • Manage new supplier contracts after analyzing partnerships by colleagues

o Stakeholders Management

  • Sourcing process, either based on procurement analysis or on demand of customers
  • Spend analysis and opportunity identification
  • Challenge and define the specifications and needs
  • Clear & transparent communication and reporting
  • Operational purchasing activities

o Calls for Tenders

  • Organize calls for tenders, at the request of the Head of Offices, i.e.:Draw up tender specifications,
  • Organize any visits of buildings in cooperation with the PM,
  • Analyze and compare the offers on receipt,
  • Validate the final choice together with the Head of Offices.

o People Management

  • Organize the priorities and the work within the small team
  • Translate the departments & companies strategy in your team and services
  • Coach and support the team members
  • Be a role model towards others

PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree in Economics or Engineering or equivalent by experience with a sound technical interest
  • Knowledge of office buildings and their technical management
  • Experience with procurement & contract management
  • Knowledge of contracts and comprehension of the usual legal clauses
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Trilingual French, English & Dutch
  • Strong communication skills as well as high level negotiating skills
  • Customer oriented, creating winning relationships and impactful
  • Analytic, initiative taker adaptive
