As a Product Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and managing the portfolio of products within your assigned category. Your focus will be on driving innovation, aligning with market demands, and contributing to the sustainable growth of Drylock Technologies. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners, you’ll ensure our products meet the highest quality standards, resonate with customer needs, and strengthen our competitive position in the global hygiene market. Job description

  • Manage projects from start to finish, including product development, packaging, and market launch.
  • Manage a variety of products in the category to meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
  • Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Facilitate communication among product, sales, R&D and purchase teams.
  • Collaborate with international cross-functional teams across regions, including EU,
  • US, Brazil, etc. to ensure projects align with company objectives and deadlines.
  • Prepare and present project updates, reports and analyses.

Profile

  • Master degree with a minimum of at least 3 years of relevant work experience in project management or related field;
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Flexible, pro-active, and eager to contribute in a dynamic international environment;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; additional language skills are a valuable asset.
  • Willing to travel.
