Director, Product Line Leader ERP Commercial Locations: EMEA-Belgium Functions: Info Technology Job Description Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Product Line Leader ERP Commercial within the Supply Chain Business Technology team for Pharma Commercial EMEA and J&J Russia. The position is based in EMEA-Belgium. The Product Line Leader will be accountable for the ERP platform supporting Pharma Commercial EMEA and J&J Russia business. In the Deliver ERP domain, Galaxy SAP is the main application for over 50 Management Reporting Companies in the region to manage their Order to Cash and Commercial Finance processes. You will work at the intersection of business & technology to define strategies that combine a deep understanding of business objectives and challenges with technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization & ongoing product management. You will own setting the strategic direction for ERP technology investment in the Deliver Order to Cash (OTC) space, collaborating with other supply chain, finance and technology leaders to ensure that we construct seamless, integrated solutions within our ERP and Digital products. The position will need to align stakeholders and development teams around common measurable goals and continue to entice and engage business into the product development process. He/she will need to continuously think about maximizing throughput of the Enterprise Product Line and ensure that the full business value is realized by the business through the technology capabilities implemented. The individual will utilize a strong business acumen, strong teamwork, and excellent communication/information sharing to manage multiple priorities in a complex, high-profile, and rapidly changing environment. The Product Line Leader is responsible for execution and delivery of the Pharma Commercial ERP portfolio of projects for the EMEA markets. Strong knowledge of ERP technology and financial acumen are required. Responsibilities Develop and articulate the vision, strategy, roadmap and business value. Prioritize and align backlog of features with business and IT stakeholders towards a regular release schedule. Develop and deliver core ERP capability offerings and new technologies to drive business value. Accountable for Program/Project financial targets and the implementation, measurement and continuous improvement of IT programs and operations to improve throughput and quality at lower cost. Partner with Business Process Owners, BTLs, Other SCT PLs, Commercial IT, Enterprise Architecture, IT Infrastructure Services, IT Application Services and enterprise programs leadership teams to drive alignment on goals, objectives and delivery of innovative and creative commitment. Drive strategic organizational and people development activities including recruiting, retaining, and developing leaders across J&J, ensuring optimal organizational constructs and continuous updating organization skills/knowledge profile. Continuously learn via research, technology vendors, IT Architecture and tech. events to get ahead of the curve and proactively being new relevant capabilities to the product line. Drive optimization (i.e., operational cost and platform reduction) of legacy ERP platforms. Continuous agility improvement to accelerate business value realization (i.e., enable growth and increase profitability.) In the role you will operationally lead a team of business technology professionals located across the EMEA region, proactively managing their talent. You will report to the global Pharma ERP Product Line Leader. In that position you will be part of the PL management team and take a leadership role in improving organization, processes and technical solutions. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or business administration fields. A minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP program management, Application Design and Support within a commercial company, preferably health care. Process, data and configuration knowledge of core ERP modules (e.g. MM/FICO/IM/SD), preferably SAP. Knowledge of major surrounding platforms and integrations (e.g.: APS-OMP, SNC, WMS/WCS, TMS, BI/BW from SAP, Oracle). Knowledge of the ERP Technology industry. End to end Supply Chain / Operations experience. Deep understanding of the Order to Cash business processes in the Pharmaceutical industry. A successful track record of large program delivery of ERP programs. Experience managing large, complex budgets. Experience with Managerial Cost Accounting and supply side operational management. Experience managing large, global, multi-location teams. Successful track record of driving business value through information technology. Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously. Knowledge of GxP, SOX, Regulatory, Quality & Compliance, ERP, PLAN. Ability to travel 20 – 30% of the time.
