Your new job

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible of the whole product portfolio for the business unit of Video Solutions in the EMEA region . Working in close harmony with the US-based global product managers, you will contribute to the global strategy and roadmap. As a Product Manager for EMEA region you will provide the necessary commercial and marketing support, as well as technical and application knowledge on the product range and its application. Within this context, you will develop features/benefits, promotional programs and supporting materials to aid the sales functions. Your role will be to analyse and compare the success of each of these products. You will work with international colleagues: technical support engineers, Pre/Post Sales-teams, Sourcing team, Customer Service and PSI teams, as well as the US Product Management team and check what has to be improved. Your job will be to ensure profitable growth , both in the short- as well as in the long-term, by developing strategic marketing plans and by introducing innovative products in terms of benefits to customers above competition.

What you need to succeed

The ideal candidate has at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or Business Engineering , as long as a similar experience in a marketing function within IT solutions. You have strong analytical global mindset with the ability to digest complex data and to draw conclusions quickly and accurately. You have a strong personality, with a business owner mindset, energetic, forward-thinking and creative . You have excellent presentation skills with a convincing style and a customer mindset. Excellent track record in a demanding, cross-functional and international environment with on- and offshore teams is also a need to succeed in this function. You have a strong knowledge of marketing techniques. You are able to undertake frequent travel, up to 25%. A previous experience in a security industry is a plus. Finally, you have an excellent level in English, both spoken and written.
