By developing and introducing new product improvements, you will contribute to incremental divisional sales, profit growth and market share. You will be the key person to analyze the Spray Foam and Polyurea market, in order to translate challenges and opportunities towards new or upgraded products and solutions. You will work in close collaboration with the EMEA sales and marketing team to successfully launch and implement new products. You are also responsible for pricing, stock management, and quality.You are part of a global Marketing team and your findings should result in new products adapted to the regional EMEA needs.REQUIREMENTS:Experience: Minimum of 3 years B2B or B2C product marketing experience in an industrial multilingual environment.Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Engineering or MarketingSkills:
  • Fluent in English, professional knowledge of German, French, Dutch or any other EU language is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Frequent international business travel to meet customers and collect market knowledge should not be an obstacle for you.CHARACTERISTICS:You are innovative, analytical, eager to learn and interested in technical products. You use your excellent communication skills to build relationships with the sales force, channel partners and material manufacturers. You are a team-player who enjoys collaborating with others, but also have the ability to manage projects with minimal direction.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Detect new product opportunities by analyzing the market, channel and competitors.
  • Translate the detected opportunities and specific product requirements into a business plan.
  • Work with the engineering department to have the product developed within the scope of the customer requirements.
  • Organize product related activities such as product and material testing, product trainings and product launch events.
  • Work with Trade marketing to ensure a clear and focused communication with our customers by jointly creating commercial, promotional and training support material.
