We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines and vaccines to improve the health and well-being of people around the world. We are looking for talented individuals who can develop effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and quickly understand complex situations with many moving parts. Fluency in both written and spoken Dutch and English is essential
The content of the role is :
- Oversee the production planning (manufacturing or packaging) for a designated portfolio of products (brand and/or production/packaging line).
- Ensure Supply Assurance and manage Supply Chain performance for the assigned product portfolio.
- Represent the plant planning team in global and regional forums for the designated product portfolio.
- Monitor and manage inventory shelf-life and expiry dates to minimize write-offs and enhance processes to prevent obsolescence.
- Plan and execute product launches and major changes to facilitate business unit growth.
- Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies versus targets and identify inventory drivers to develop improvement plans.
- Act as the primary contact for various supply chain stakeholders within and outside of Puurs regarding any supply issues, resolution plans, and inventory concerns for the assigned product set.
- Analyze forecasts and develop production volume budgets.
- Align forecasts and planning with production capacity.
- Contribute to project completion, manage personal time to meet agreed targets, and develop plans for activities within individual projects.
What profile are we looking for :
- Over 3 years of experience and proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Kynaxis, etc.).
- Strong understanding of production and capacity planning.
- Skilled at identifying patterns and trends in data, diagnosing root causes of issues, and making informed conclusions based on analysis.
- Capable of building effective relationships with multiple stakeholders and quickly comprehending complex situations with many variables.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
