Functieomschrijving:
PURPOSE
Design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, analyze layouts and new designs, assessing potential risks.

RESPONSIBILITY
a) Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
b)
Managing, designing, developing, creating, and maintaining construction projects.
c)
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
d)
Manage improvement projects related to infrastructure, construction projects, or remodeling required by the organization.
e)
Assessing materials and costs.
f)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy the technical specification
g)
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
h)
Coordinate with suppliers and have in good conditions the infrastructure of the company.
i)
Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, and others).

Profiel:
Education
University or technical studies (Industrial, mechanical, Administration, similar)

Experience / Knowledge
·
Desirable at least 2 years of experience in similar functions in industrial companies.
·
English advanced
·
SAP basic
·
MS Office intermediate
·
Supplier management experience
·
AUTOCAD
·
Proactive, organization skills, learning agility, dealing with ambiguity, customer focus, business acumen, hands-on attitude.
