If you have a passion for delivering excellence in customerservice, professional communication skills, are a creative thinker capable ofdeveloping unique solutions to meet a range of challenging problems, want towork in a highly motivated team environment and thrive working and learning onindustrial and utility sites around the country, then this could be the nextstep in your career.Youwill manage our Power Generation fleet in Belgium which consists of gasturbines going from 5 MW to 590MW, steam turbines of up to 1000MW and theirassociated generators. Our Siemens Energy fleet needs to be at its best levelof reliability and availability for our ‘Utilities’ customers.Your Profile as Project and SalesManager:
  • Ideally 3-5 years projectmanagement and/or sales manager experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher,preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Knowledge/experience inrotating equipment will be considered an asset.
  • Analytical thinking, decisionmaking, result oriented and good communication skills.
  • Good command of Dutch, French andEnglish in both written & spoken, German will be an asset.
  • Broad commercial andcontractual understanding.
Your Responsibilities:Developand maintain both a robust short term (1-2 years) sales opportunity funnel forservice activities on gas fired power plants and overall mid-term (3-5 years) salesstrategy.Offer,negotiate and close Long Term Service Agreements, O&M Contracts, OpenMarket Opportunities, Upgrades and Extensions or any other customer relatedagreements.Supportthe customers on their journey towards energy transformation and decarbonizationof their assets and always try to leverage the full potential out of the wideproduct portfolio of Siemens Energy aftermarket services.Ensurethe smooth implementation of the assigned service contracts and projects byfurther developing your project management skills.Identifyand organize the appropriate resources needed for the project implementation, includingSubcontractors, EHS, temporary and permanent Siemens Energy staff (local andoverseas) and following-up on technical issues and improvements etc.Developand Maintain excellent customer and stakeholder relations for both internallyand externally.Whatcan Siemens Energy offer you?AtSiemens Energy, we believe in investing in our employees and providingopportunities for personal and professional growth.
