My client is searching for a Project Engineer to work on an underground gas pipeline project in Bruges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, documentation and permitting stages for stations (compressor/ metering) and portions of the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to integrate systems and ensure project success.
  • Oversee budget, schedule, and quality control for mechanical components.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Expertise in mechanical systems design, codes, and project management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in pipeline and stations design and permitting process
  • Dutch and English speaking
