About our role:
Our client is a world-renowned insurance company looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Project Leader / PMO. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digitalisation, the use of new technologies and have as main focus to move the company towards a customer centric organization.

What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for organizing project governance and for organizing and leading steering committees

As Project Leader you will manage the project team, anticipate on risks and define the roadmap

You will be responsible for budget planning, scope, quality and the overall progress of the project

Coordinate IT architecture activities and outputs

You will be responsible for managing communication flows between all internal and external stakeholders

You will organize roll outs and set up post-production operational processes

You will manage requirements and challenge them

What you bring:
Ambition to further develop your career in insurance sector

Minimum 10 years of solid experience in a similar role managing a team and being responsible for a smooth development of all projects in the team

Experience with end to end lifecycle of projects, from ideation to post-production is a must

You are a project manager with leadership experience and you have managed teams before

You are result oriented, pro-active, and you work well structured

Strong stakeholder management skills are needed in this jo

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English, Dutch and French are a must

Past experience in insurance industry is nice to have
