The DELIVER organization strives to deliver an outstanding customer experience through leading critical customer-facing functions such as distribution, customer service, logistics, and transportation across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. DELIVER supports all three sectors of Johnson & Johnson: Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Products, and DELIVER EMEA manages a complex network of Distribution centers (DCs) and Customer Service centers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa supporting multiple distribution channels to J&J’s broad range of customers. Since 2013, DELIVER has undertaken a complete review of its network and consolidated its footprint while driving outstanding distribution operations and leveraging a third-party logistics sourcing base. The Project Manager Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) will represent DELIVER EMEA during exploration, due diligence, planning and execution phases of business development initiatives and will be accountable for integrating and aligning order to cash deliverables with the broader supply chain and commercial teams. In addition, he or she will lead cross-functional teams to enable overall distribution readiness for New Product Introductions (NPI) within the region. He or she is responsible for developing and deploying plans that support a seamless transfer including relevant transition service agreements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project team and project resource budget to ensure execution of the project plan Ensure flawless project execution, including milestone schedule / stage gates, Final Project Objectives Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans Provide support in execution of transition service agreement for DELIVER EMEA (understanding of processes and implications as well as interdependencies) Evaluate transition impact with the different DELIVER functions & DELIVER Finance Collaborate with Deliver functions and other J&J workstreams to build up and deliver cutover plan to support transition to J&J or buyer Connect with all J&J workstreams to get a holistic view of interdependencies between Deliver and other functions to ensure smooth transition of the business for active A&D project Lead and collaborate with the relevant Deliver sub-teams and partners to ensure timely execution of NPI’s in the region Provide Reliable and Predictable Project Communication to Deliver Leadership Team and other project stakeholders Challenge status quo, by developing a value driven culture to improve customer experience and by external benchmarking to help Shape the Deliver A&D strategy Development and delivery of data set to support potential upcoming transition business deals Identify Cost Improvements while running projects Qualifications Qualifications Education: BA/BS required, MA/MBA preferred with specialization in Supply Chain Experience and Skills: Excellent in Stakeholder Management Proven project management skills Proficient in English Strong communication and presentation skills Experience in Pharm business is required, consumer and/or MD experience will be a plus Process oriented, Data analysis & statistical skills 6+ years experience in supply chain Well organized and used to work in virtual teams Efficient leader able to encourage and motivate people to work together towards project goals Develop deep insights into the needs of our patients, customers, markets and communities Credo based attitude and Customer Focused Global mentality, experience with different cultures and marketplaces is helpful FPX certified is preferred Financial Acumen Experience in leading and developing teams Travel percentage: Max 10% travel within EMEA depending on the project need The role is preferably based in Belgium or Switzerland, however any other European location will be also considered.
