Job Description

The DTX Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing projects for DTX commercial activities in the field of Digital Dentistry with both dedicated and shared cross-functional teams.

He/she is accountable and responsible for overall project planning and execution from initiation phase until successful rollout to the markets, typically following a LEx-based VPM, ensuring that project fulfils its scope on time and meets cost and quality targets.

He/she is responsible for ensuring effective collaboration between cross-functional team members as well as internal and external stakeholder management and alignment.

Main Responsibilities

• Leading assigned Projects/Programs
• Managing & Driving Product Portfolio Group (PPG) for DTX President
• Guiding project teams through the toll gate process ensuring successful milestone preparation
• Plan and execute projects using applicable project management tools
• Budget & resource planning
• Project Risk Management
• Go to market and product rollout strategy in early and late markets based on the regulatory clearances, market readiness and other dependencies
• Communication and presentation of the project status to upper management
• Ensure successful collaboration within cross-functional team, such as Product Management, Software Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, etc.
  

Job Requirements

Critical Knowledge:

• Solid experience for leading the project during all development phases (Project Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closing)
• Experience in working with cross-functional project teams in multi-cultural and international environment
• Commercial awareness
  

Critical Skills

• Project Management – min. 3 years of hands-on experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels (presidents)
• Fluent English written and spoken, Flemish is a plus
  

Critical Experience

• University Degree is a must, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Science or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of working experience in international environment
