仕事内容

Provides a variety of routine administrative support to a project. Works closely with Project Managers. Compiles technical, financial, and other project data using various database programs for inclusion in reports or presentation materials. Maintains tactical responsibility for tracking project financials. Participates in special projects as required. Makes appointments, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements and coordinates activities between program management, customer, and outside parties.

  • Assist the Campaign Manager in the day to day tasks

  • Schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders

  • Draft project reports

  • Prepare meeting agendas, records actions from meetingsand draft meeting reports

  • Attendclients and teams meetings

  • Keep the project planningupdated

  • Update the list of deliverablesand keep track of it

  • Follow-up the action tracker with the team

  • Organise and update the campaign’s collaborative platform

  • Qualitycontrol

  • Follow up with internal teams on specific deliverables

  • Implement projects using the PRINCE2 methodology

  • Develop lessons learned log

  • Identify bottlenecks and propose workflows under guidance of the Campaign Manager
