The Opportunity:

This concerns a full-time position based on the site of our customer, UCB Pharma, in Braine-l’Alleud. You will work from Monday to Friday with flexibility in working hours, and no shifts. You get a contract of 6 months which becomes a permanent one after a positive evaluation. Next to a an attractive salary, we also offer multiple benefits including 13th month, pension scheme, insurance, meal vouchers, and bonus plan etc.

The team

You are part of an open, encouraging and growing team of 3 associates with a focus on R&D. This team belongs to our department Lab and Product Services, which supports big pharmaceutical companies and laboratories all over the world, in Research and Development within the Life Sciences industry.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as Pharma or Life Sciences is preferred
• Experience: Experience in the pharma industry, preferably in a QA/QC related job
• Good computer skills, in particular with Excel
• Excellent communication skills in either English or French
• Understanding of Scientific data is a plus

How You Will Thrive And Create An Impact

• Conduct QC checks on study related documents to make sure all required protocols have been respected
• Collaborate with the internal QA department and other partners
• Participate in audits
• Prepare forms required for sample testing
• Validate testing reports, shipment documentation and other required documentation
• Maintain study binders and make sure every task performed has been documented
• Perform quality checks of logbooks, reagent logbooks, SOP’s etc.
