You plan and execute the activities necessary to achieve the established quality objectives and guarantee the quantities and delivery times of the purchased parts. You are the contact person for the different departments (Production, Logistics, Research & Development, Supplier, etc.) concerning the components, especially in plastics, of the interior and exterior equipment.
Based on the analyses of the laboratory and the measuring center, you analyze the cause of the problems in collaboration with the supplier, ensure an immediate solution as well as corrective measures to prevent the defect.
You ensure the processing of complaints to the suppliers, including reporting and the financial burden of the costs.
You liaise with the Research & Development department for the implementation of product and process improvement proposals. This is based on feasibility and profitability analysis.
You will carry out technical reviews for the follow-up of the improvement programs until the quality of the Audi standard is guaranteed.

You have a master’s degree in mechanics/chemistry/material science or automotive technology or equivalent by experience.
You have an analytical mind, excellent research and solution implementation skills. You are also persistent and have good persuasive skills
Your work is well organized and structured - you provide clear reporting and analysis of results.
You are assertive and diplomatic in negotiations with suppliers and internal customers.
You are fluent in French and/or Dutch and German. Knowledge of English is an asset.
