What are you going to do?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will first receive intensive training and the opportunity to shadow a Senior Consultant.

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process: searching in various databases for candidates, reciprocal contact with consultants, organising interviews and negotiating remuneration.

You will be interviewing new candidates on a daily basis and take references.

In time, you will maintain your own contacts with customers, and you will discuss the specific needs of your customers by telephone & face-to-face (digital or on-site).

You will identify key decision-makers and build credible business relationships.

At a later stage, you will develop ownership of your personal customer base.
