Due to MERCURY program’s stop (CID LINES EBS readiness), we are bringing back one resource in the regulatory teamThe RA Officer will work closely with and report to the Registrations Manager to provide regulatory support for a variety of products including biocides, cleaners, Vet drugs, complementary feed products, and cosmetics, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements in different countries
Key activities
- Preparation of registration dossiers and declarations/notifications, ensuring timely submissions to official bodies for new registrations, renewals, and updates.
- Collaborate with sales team, various functions, relevant authorities, and distributors to facilitate effective communication and alignment on regulatory activities.
- Regulatory watch on the latest developments in regulations for different products and countries.
- Concise and informative activity reports to management.

Candidate Profile, Skills And Qualities
- A minimum of 3 years of higher education in disciplines such as chemistry, biochemistry, pharma, quality or project management, with at least 1 year of proven experience in project management and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English with fluency in other languages considered a strong advantage.
- Proven project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks effectively.
- Strong commitment to implementing quality best practices and continuous improvement approaches.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within an international, multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
- Rigorous, proactive, and autonomous with a strong sense of synthesis.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the capacity to handle stress, with a readiness to handle challenges, especially in urgent situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
