Are you our hospitality star?We are looking for an enthusiastic and hospitable F&B Assistant with a flexible and proactive attitude! The focus of a Food and Beverage team member is to greet customers and check they are enjoying their experience, as well as manage customer complaints. Guests need to feel engaged, making sure their expectations have not just been met but also exceeded. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a full evening meal, our staff will go above and beyond for our diners, ensuring guests always look forward to a return visit.

Tuilp Inn is one of the six brands of Louvre Hotels Group, the fifth largest hotel chain in the world. Tulip Inn Antwerp is a three-star hotels characterized by the homely atmosphere and the informal, but professional contact with our guests. It is located in the vibrant city of Antwerp.

What does the role of an F&B assistant look like?

  • Assist with the daily management of the restaurant and bar
  • In this position you report to the Food & Beverage Manager
  • You take care of hygiene regulations and (food) safety regulations
  • Responsible for assisting the F&B manager with the orders of the drinks and kitchen goods
  • Participation in the organization or department for service
  • Prepare the table settings, back of house, meeting rooms, welcome and service guests and participate in the after-service cleaning

  • You have a lot of enthusiasm that you know how to convey to colleagues and guests

  • You can speak Dutch, English is a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
