As Restaurant Manager at 1889 Fast Fine Pizza in Antwerp Tower, you are responsible for our flagship store. Our first but not last restaurant in Belgium, which will be a model and success story that inspires future 1889 restaurants.

You as Restaurant Manager are the person who inspires, develops and leads all 89ers, both operationally and strategically, while you are involved in developing the concept with the help of your previous experiences. Since you have been a restaurant manager before and have long experience of working in a leading position, you have a lot to contribute, both in service and guest experience as well as in operational routines and efficiency.

You have a great interest in developing people and should be able to develop a team that can be part of future openings of 1889 Fast Fine Pizza restaurants.

You are also a role model and can create a service experience on the next level.
You are committed to your work and are interested in developing with us as a company, at the same time as you work a lot on the floor together with the team.

Economy
The people and the team’s development
The working environment in the restaurant
Sales and growth
The guest experience and all opening hours
