As a Reward Manager you will support the Head of Reward WR in the development and delivery of the Western Region reward strategy and contribute to diverse reward related projects.

Acting as a Reward subject matter expert you will work with HR colleagues and stakeholders across the business in order to provide advice and (analytical) support across various Reward initiatives and interventions.

You will provide support on key Reward activities like the annual salary review, bonus cycle, job evaluation and benefits

management.

How you will make an impact as a Reward Analyst Western Region?

There are many ways for you to get involved:
  • Develop and conduct analysis, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective reward programs aligned with the organization’s reward strategy. For example, by working out business cases and delivering cost impact calculations for different Reward scenario’s;
  • Collaborate on diverse Reward related projects, such as STI plans, pay structures, salary packaging,… in the WR;
  • Use the appropriate sources (benchmarking, salary surveys, …) to research market practices, trends, and regulatory requirements relating to all reward aspects for the WR;
  • Conduct job evaluation and benchmarking exercises;
  • Collect and analyse internal and external market data in order to prepare reports and support the continuous improvement of reward programmes;
  • Participate in salary surveys;
  • Support the annual salary review process collaborating with the HR Business Partners and management in capturing recommendations;
  • Develop and manage business and employee communications on various new and existing reward programs;
  • Provide support to ensure employee reward packages are market competitive and compliant;
  • Consequently apply and safeguard the Reward principles, preventing individual and deviating approaches;
  • Develop and maintain different HR policies and when necessary coordinate cross markets (Reward, car, travel, expense, ,…);
  • Remain informed of key developments in local legislations in close contact with local HR teams;
  • Actively work with the different local HR Centres of Excellence within the WR to ensure the smooth running of reward processes; providing advice and guidance where required to internal HR stakeholders, employees and line managers;
  • Liaison with TUI Group Reward, helping Translate Group goals and priorities to local / regional rewards strategy and business plans;
  • You will build effective relationships, business knowledge and trust and work together with business stakeholders to identify commercial, pragmatic and consistent reward solutions;
  • Support the application and continuous review of reward packages and processes, to ensure that the reward offering attracts, retains and engages the right people, whilst being consistent and fair internally and externally;
  • Support the delivery of core annual reward processes, development communication tools and advising on policy and procedure ensuring that all reward programmes are administered correctly and all required records are maintained;
  • Identify areas requiring Reward intervention, develop suitable tools and support HR colleagues and business stakeholders in understanding and applying recommendations;
  • Be the central data and reporting expert, mastering the local databases and different HR systems in order to independently deliver swift and ad hoc data information for different and often ad hoc objectives;
  • Guard the data quality of our HRIS, as this is essential for conducting correct analysis.

What you will bring as a Reward Analyst Western Region?

There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the ideal things:
  • Master degree or equivalent work experience (being minimum 5 years in hard HR, C&B processes and tools such as benchmarking and grading);
  • Good knowledge of Belgian and/or Dutch social legislation;
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills;
  • Advanced reporting skills (preferably SAP SuccessFactors; ebloxhr; ADP;…);
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
  • Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding work environment;
  • Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation;
  • Organized and structured with natural attention to detail;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Positive mind-set, with a hands-on mentality;
  • Good communication skills;
  • English and Dutch, French is a plus.
