THE SCOPE

As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Risk & fraud Team Leader to join its R&F team.

YOUR ROLE

People Management
  • Organize and dispatch tasks depending on the department’s needs
  • Ensure the assigned tasks are carried out according to the requested criteria
  • Participate in evaluating the resource needs and validating the recruitment of team members in collaboration with the R&F Manager
  • Define the individual and operational objectives for team members in collaboration with the R&F Manager
  • Ensure employees are monitored throughout the year (skills, growth, etc.) via periodic individual meetings
  • Motivate, give feedback and be attentive
  • Evaluate team members in collaboration with the R&F Manager
  • Promote, present your team and improve collaboration with other teams
  • Ensure GAMING1’s values are applied
  • Communicate the strategy and the objectives of the Manager and Management, as well as share successes
Operational team management
  • Monitor the work provided by the R&F teams daily: supervise anti-fraud analysis, take charge of more complex investigations, give feedback in real time, dispatch and organize tasks depending on the workload
  • Be responsible for monitoring pending player files: periodically monitor the status of pending files, take charge of the problem so it can be resolved as quickly as possible, give your advice on how more complicated cases can be resolved
  • Continually evaluate the performance of R&F Agents: continually monitor the KPIs (individual and collective), carry out quality control of file resolution by team members, have periodic individual meetings, put in place and monitor individual improvement plans
  • Put in place recurring team meetings with the goal of objectifying and harmonizing the analysis resolution
  • Identify weaknesses and manage them (set objectives) and alert the manager if it recurs or is a serious problem
Administrative management of the team
  • Plan and manage the R&F teams’ schedules daily
  • Suggest solutions for the team’s needs for equipment
  • Ensure the respect of HR procedures (illness, absence)
  • Ensure that operational procedures are maintained when using the various tools (wiki, macros)
Take part in the global strategy of the company and the R&F department
  • Implement strategy plans developed by the R&F Manager in a practical way
  • Evaluate the efficiency and viability of the plans put in place
  • Make suggestions for improvement (technical and operational) in agreement with the G1 strategy and with the goal of guaranteeing the continued improvement of the department

Take part in the team’s tasks as an example to follow
  • Work on the same tasks that members of the team are working on to stay up to date with potential fraudulent trends
  • Be the point of reference for any detected fraudulent trends so you can advise on the method of resolution to be adopted
  • Be responsible for more complex individual files
  • Offer to help LVL2 agents if there is a peak in activity
YOUR PROFILE

Technical
  • Experienced, capable and able to train others on the application of laws and anti-money laundering regulation.
  • Experienced, capable and able to train others on local and international regulations for online gaming concerning player account management.
  • General knowledge of obligations regarding General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Basic knowledge of information security concepts (ISMS).
  • Good command of IT tools.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Several years’ experience in the anti-fraud and prevention sector
  • Experience managing teams or managerial potential
  • Bilingual in FR/EN or FR/NL/EN or EN/NL
  • Knowledge of the casino and sports betting world
  • Experience using of project management and incident tools
