Key Responsibilities
  • Client contact:
    • You are the SPOC for all client enquiries, orders and invoices and hence are responsible for maintaining AYROX’s reputation as well as being in regular contact with suppliers
    • You take ownership for ensuring all enquiries are handled in a timely manner
    • You prepare both offers and invoices using the inhouse logistics system, ensuring that all data is up to date
    • Communicate internally all important client feedback and find solutions where necessary
    • Liaise with the banks for letters of credit etc.
  • Logistics:
    • Prepare clients’ orders
    • Compare shipping costs
    • Liaise with insurance and freight suppliers when necessary
    • Provide all the official export paperwork
    • Quality Assurance:
    • Implement, maintain and improve AYROX’ Quality Assurance objectives, ISO 17025:2017
    • Send out the client satisfaction surveys
    • International Trade Fairs:
    • Organise worldwide trade fairs
    • Analyse suppliers’ offers and take the decisions for the most appropriate
    • Possibility to be present at certain trade fairs if desired
Our client, AYROX is looking for a person willing to invest in a professional international team who has:
  • Minimum 4 years’ of relevant experience
  • Excellent written & spoken English with fluent spoken French
  • Confidence in your skillset enabling you to be proactive and take ownership
  • Solution oriented
  • Outstanding professional interpersonal skills to effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders and to form strong working relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills with sound prioritisation ability
  • A keen eye for detail and hence quality oriented
  • Discretion is also important
  • And last but certainly not least a helpful, ‘can do’ team playing approach
