Official purveyor to the Royal Court of Belgium since 1883, Delvaux has always shared and celebrated Belgian cultural references and values.

Among its archives of more than 3000 designs, Delvaux’s emblematic creations include The Brillant (1958), The Tempête (1967) and The Pin (1972), The Lingot (2022) all of which are hand-crafted in la Maison’s very own ateliers in Belgium and France.”

We are looking for Sales Advisors part-time for our boutiques in Waterloo

Mission:

As an ambassador for our brand, your main tasks will be as follows:

  • Welcome, advise and retain local and international customers at Delvaux;
  • Develop sales and achieve the goals set by the commercial director;
  • Verifiy and manage stocks status and replenish the corner to meet constantly customer needs;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of quality of service and hospitality towards customers;
  • Acquire a large knowledge and understanding of our product lines in order to build a close relationship with clients and increase sales;
  • Represent the brand image by maintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising,housekeeping and Delvaux standards;
  • Provide feedbacks on sales, customer profiles, product performance to your manager

Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail luxury
  • French fluent - average level of english
  • Excellent presentation and passion for the brand
