The SDR is responsible for supporting Zivver Sales Representative(s). This role will require prospecting into accounts we care about to uncover meetings and opportunities. The SDR will identify, nurture and generate pipeline with new and existing customers, manage leads from the marketing team and track customer data. The SDR will work cooperatively with internal and external partners to improve velocity of business and create solutions that serve interests of customers and Zivver. This SDR role will focus on the Belgium market.

A day in the life of…
It’s looking a little gloomy out there but that doesn’t matter. Now that you’re enabled with all the tools to execute your role successfully it’s time to log into Zoom and meet the team with a new sense of winning!! Everyone is in great form and we all discuss what our plans are for the day ahead. You have your SMART calendar set up so I already know when our ‘power hours’ are and when we have time to meet with our sales reps.
After calling out on our power hour, you get a congratulations email from your manager for all the efforts you’ve put in this morning noting that you have already had a couple of conversations out of the nemours dials you’ve made. You’re feeling quite positive as you progress through the day. You take note of objections that you have not been able to overcome so you can knowledge share with the rest of the team to enable you to do better later.
Lunch time brings a welcoming break, time for a walk to take in some fresh air now that the weather has cheered up. After a light bite it’s time to discuss the morning’s results with the team. The knowledge sharing has been great, and you’ve received some great feedback on how to tackle some of those objections. After some more calls, you’re delighted that you have managed to secure your first meeting!!! What a great sense of achievement and the praise from your manager, the team and the sales rep for who the meeting is for is sensational.
You can’t wait for your day to begin tomorrow as you’re already prepared and you look forward to your engagements with Marketing and your field reps and it looks like lunch is on them too
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high-level of daily activity including calls, live prospect connections, email & LinkedIn touches
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to deliver qualified opportunities for Sales
- Use advanced prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover new opportunities and build trust with prospects
- Keep up-to-date with the technology industry and competitive landscape
- Generate qualified meetings & sales pipeline within Global & Strategic Accounts
- Manage target account lists and drive a comprehensive demand generation plan

About you
- Thick-skinned, bold, and ambitious with a strong work ethic
- Hunter and willing to be tenacious and creative when prospecting
- Outgoing and fun to be around!
- Excellent written, oral, and phone skills
- Fascinated by technology, and passionate about selling groundbreaking ideas and products in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willing to learn and implement new sales techniques
- Passion for selling
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree recommended
- Dutch and/or Flemish native or fluent speaker, French is a bonus
- CV in English is required
