Role

Help in building up idloom’s business activities
Discover and pursue new sales opportunities, present idloom’s software to prospects, negotiate deals and ensure customer satisfaction

Activities & responsibilities

Respond to incoming leads and demo requests
Actively seek out new sales opportunities
Set up meetings and/or product demos with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
