Ypto is looking for an experienced SAP CRM Specialist to reinforce our team!

Because of our ongoing investment in customer experience, SAP CRM has become an important part of the system landscape at Ypto. Aside from customer service and aftersale processes, several Marketing processes and Masterdata are managed through our SAP CRM system.

CRM is connected to lots of other SAP and Legacy systems to exchange data.

The new SAP CRM Specialist will become a part of our team of experienced SAP CRM specialists who are focussed on the support and implementation of system and process improvements in SAP CRM and related systems.

Among Other Tasks, You Will Be Responsible For
  • preparing, planning and practical organization of design analyses to guarantee their smooth execution
  • making analyses and recommendations to present custom business solutions, in line with the overall (IT) strategy
  • translating analyses to functional specifications for the development team, and executing configurations
  • testing the solutions and supporting the transition to the production system
  • incident handling and change management, incl. the unit, integration and regression tests of the solutions
Requirements
  • University degree or equal through experience
  • Min. 5 years fo experience with SAP CRM, incl.
  • Demonstrated track record in implementing SAP CRM in at least 2 full cycle projects.
  • Advanced (Customizing) level of experience with the CRM web UI (CRM 7.0)
  • Strong Experience with the SAP CRM Sales module and or Service module
  • Middleware/Integration experience. Experience and technical skills for the integration of SAP CRM with other (SAP) systems and solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of core CRM Business processes in a B2B and B2C environment
  • Knowledge of business processes in a B2B and B2C environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French (with at least decent understanding of the other language)
  • Excellent knowledge of English
