About Our Client

Our partner is an international actor of the brewery sector

Job Description

Job description:

  • Coordinate and guide Stakeholders - Breweries, Suppliers, Shipping Lines - in order to ensure optimal delivery performance (OTIF, …)
  • Proactively monitor Inbound supply chain processes and find ways to improve its efficiency
  • Day to day non-technical maintenance of IT Platform
  • Keep track of Requirements Planning shared by the Breweries (quality, update frequency) and follow-up with them to ensure compliance
  • Contract management of shipping lines and material suppliers
  • Monitor contracted volumes versus consumption and follow-up with clients for corrective actions
  • Train new suppliers and new team members in the breweries regularly

The Successful Applicant

Knowledge requirements (can understand and explain):

  • Contract management
  • Knowledge of international shipping (export air and sea) and logistics
  • Incoterms
  • Experience in supply planning (nice to have/bonus)

Skill requirements (is able to):

  • IT literacy : knowledge of IT Tools : Office 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, …).
  • Ability to train people
  • Presentation skills
  • Assess performance of processes and establish improvement plan
  • Basic negotiation skills for pricing
  • Manage several internal and external stakeholders in a complex supply chain environment
