Job Summary -Senior Consultant

As a (Senior) Consultant you will workas a consulting team member or an individual on projects together with our customers. Consulting work may include project management, product implementation, integration and/or may include business-solutions consulting including the analysis of customer’s current business objectives and business processes and designing and implementing solutions to meet customer’s needs. The core business processes are (legal) consolidation, budget, planning and forecasting.

The role is based in Arnhem (NL) but partly remote working is possible.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex configurations and application modifications to integrate customer’s financial processes with workflow using best practices

• Gather (technical) specifications that meet the customer’s business needs and requirements throughout the Technical Design section of the Application Design Document

• Manage the project and customer’s expectations during the implementation project

• Manage all software environments including product packaging, customer built specifications, and product customizations working with IT infrastructure

• May serve as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

• 3+ years working in a customer-facing or consulting role or other equivalent experience

• Native Dutch, business fluent English

• In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge related to technology implementations

• Excellent writing and editing skills, and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Successful experience working on large, complex implementations

• Knowledge of best practices and how to differentiate software capabilities within a competitive market

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Ability to drive projects forward with minimal guidance while acting as a resource for colleagues

• Collaboration and ability to work and deliver in multifunctional teams

• Experience in Finance or Corporate Performance Management software would be a plus
