仕事内容

Excellent level of end user computer support including

• End User Deskside/Remote support

• device imaging maintenance and support

• Support the infrastructure devices (Laptop, desktop, tablet, printers, mobile devices, phones, audio-visual ......) including services.

• End User induction training

• Meeting/Conf Room support

• VIP User support

Additional tasks

• Compliance activities related to user security

• Server & IT Room monitoring

• Third Party support & facilitation

• Reporting, and Asset (software & hardware) management reporting

• Ensure resolution of all tickets (Ex. Incident, Request) within SLA timeframes and GLOBE standards.

• Hardware stock management

• Manage small projects

• Good knowledge of permissions on servers and backup monitoring

• Good networking knowledge to apply for troubleshooting

• Basic application knowledge (setup requirements, basic configuration)

Mandatory skills

  • Good communication in English (English C1-C2 or Native)
  • Good communication in French (C2 or Native)
  • Dutch language is an advantage
  • Any additional language is an advantage
  • Office 365 good experience
  • Usual management of SNOW application or other ticketing application (advantage)
  • Deep knowledge of Window 10 and good Knowledge of installing PCs images
  • Good knowledge of Active directory on prem (adding devices and users, monitoring) and AAD (Azure Active Directory)
