We are looking for a dedicated and motivated (Senior) HR Operations Adviser to strengthen the existing HR Operations team in Brussels. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of a wide variety of human resources processes.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be the expert in providing Core HR Services to all (future) employees within Just Eat Takeaway and support their full employee journey, including their onboarding and exit process, immigration details etc. Furthermore you’ll help to address concerns and solve complex HR issues and exceptions to general policies in close collaboration with responsible HR Business Partners and Line Managers. As we are in the midst of a large HR Transformation you will also be working in dedicated project teams to identify and implement process efficiencies and work on automation initiatives.

  • Co-Lead a sub-team of HR Operation Associates in the day-to-day business and provide KPI’s on workload distribution, ticket handling, SLA progression
  • Collaborate with Recruiters, Line Managers and HR Business Partners on a daily base to ensure the highest service delivery in HR Operational Transactions regarding future and existing employees
  • Advise on process improvements for Document Generation, be the validator and owner of complex Employment Contracts and official employee files
  • Spot possible risks or legal concerns and suggest as well as implement solutions proactively
  • Ensure a smooth hiring process for high amounts of new starters together with your HR Operation colleagues;
  • Taking ownership for and work independently in your field of responsibility;
  • Work hand in hand with the HRIS Team to identify process improvements in Workday and our global ticketing solution
  • Adapt to changes in the company and tackle ad-hoc issues.
Can you deliver...
  • 2-3 years experience in HR Administration or an HR Generalist role;
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch
  • Available full-time
  • You are a real team player, and always actively seeking for feedback and ways to improve your skills and knowledge further;
  • Helpful, service-minded and friendly way of liaising with (future) employees;
  • Focused, efficient and precise in your administration;
  • Proactive way of working and communicating;
  • Naturally see and fix issues before they occur;
  • Knowledge about Belgian labour law;
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing and developing environment with changing structures and procedures (yes, it is sometimes chaotic).
